PRE-REGISTRATION: On line registration & timing brought to you by Run Vermont. The 10k Run/Walk will be limited to 500 participants. Entry forms can be printed and mailed to VT Remembers Run 10k, 789 Vermont Guard Road, Colchester VT 05446 Checks should be Addressed to: NGA-VT (10k Run) Mail NLT 24 Aug 09.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• All participants must register individually. No group registrations.

• Ruck March Division definitions:
  Ruck march individual – 1 person only, carrying 35lb ruck sack
  Ruck march team** = 2 - 6 people, all carrying 35 lb sacks
  Platoon team** = minimum of 7 or more (no max), carrying 35 lb sacks
    ** Each team or Platoon will be required to finish together within 5 Seconds.
  
  Ruck teams will need to list their team members and leader/OIC prior to leaving the start point
